How many hours cleaning do I need?

This depends on the size of your home, how many rooms you have and how much is in them and the level of cleaning you need. Every home is different. The average 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home needs a 3 hour clean each week.

Ultimately the choice is yours. You may want fewer or more hours or you may ask us to prioritise certain rooms.

How much does it cost?

Our hourly prices start from £13.50 per hour. Total prices will depend upon the type, frequency and how long a clean you need. We would love to provide you with a free quote.

Can you do one-off deep cleans?

We provide one-off and deep cleans to homes across St Helens. Our one-off deep cleans typically last for 4 to 8 hours. We can tackle any clean and will make your home sparkle. Find out more here.

Are there any long contracts?

No. We don't believe is long and complicated cleaning contracts. We believe in being fair. Our customers can cancel their service by giving 4 weeks notice in writing by calling or emailing us.

How do you vet your staff and cleaners?

We perform a thorough and detailed interview and vetting process. We start with an intial telephone interview followed by a face to face interview in the candidates home.

We then request 2 forms of identification, proof of address and two references.

We contact and perform two references before anyone cleans for us.

Finally, we provide DBS and police checking for cleaners in sensitive cleaning roles.

What if my cleaner is unwell and can't clean?

If you're cleaner is unable to attend we will always try to provide a cover cleaner or reschedule for another day.

Do you provide cleans on the weekend or bank holidays?

Yes! We can provide a cleaning service to suit your home and lifestyle, just let us know your needs.

Will I have to be here when my cleaner arrives?

No. You are welcome to leave your cleaner with a key or allow them access in your absence.

Many of our customer give their cleaners keys to their homes. Please let us know if you wish to do this so I we can arrange for your cleaner to sign a Key Acknowledgement Form.

Do I have to provide cleaning products and equipment?

Yes, our cleaners do not carry their own cleaning products or equipment. We do this to keep our prices low and to avoid cross contamination. We also find our customers like to specify what cleaning products we use.

What if I'm unhappy with my cleaner?

If you are ever unhappy with our service or your cleaner, please contact our offices immediately on 01744 325 022 or email Customer service is so very important to us, we work hard to make sure all our customers are happy with the level of cleaning we provide.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
